If you guys ask me whats my favourite smell in the whole world, the answer will be of course : Cinnamon!!!!!!
OMG I’m so obsessed with it. I love cinnamon. I can smell it all day , every day for the rest of my life.
So as you can imagine I just LOVE cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately I’m trying to follow a healthy lifestyle when it comes to food but it was Xmas time so it was a good excuse to bake them for family and friends. I swear the whole baking pan turned out clean in like 1 hour or so. Everyone wanted a second piece and now i have to make another round of cinnamon rolls to satisfy my appetite and cinnamon cravings.
If you love cinnamon as I do , this is the right recipe for you my friends!!!!!
Here are some very useful tips you have to follow so your cinnamon rolls will come out so so perfect!!!!
- All your liquid ingredients must be warm but NOT hot.
- It’s really important to let the dough rest and rise for at least 1 hour
- The dough must be sticky but it mustn’t stick to your working surface. So if you think its necessary to add some extra flour to the mixture just don’t add too much that will dry out the dough, because you won’t be able to roll it properly.
- Cut the rolled dough with a really good sharped knife. Just cut the dough gently but don’t move the knife back and forth in it because you will ruin the shape of the rolls.
Its such an easy recipe to make as you won’t need a lot of time and its not difficult at all. This cinnamon rolls recipe is quite simplified so you can mix all of your ingredients together in one bowl.
Oh and the best part is that you can make them the night before and just bake them in the morning and you will have the best and most amazing breakfast ever.
And they turn out even better with this thick layer of cream cheese frosting on them. Its so so delicious, not too sweet but thick and fluffy and YUMMIE!!!!!
Can you resist to those cinnamon rolls??? Im waiting for your very own recipes and photos of your cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!
